    Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to pay for your order on delivery. We work together with independent transport companies that do not offer a checkout option. You can easily pay for your order with one of the many payment options in our webshop.

  • πŸ’― Do I get a discount if I purchase a larger quantity?

    We use quantity discounts on all our products, on the product page under the ''Add to cart'' button, the quantity discounts are displayed. You can also add the quantities to your shopping basket to see the total price. In addition, we always offer an extra discount to returning customers.

  • ⏱️ When will sold-out products return?

    As soon as a product is sold out, a button will appear to leave your e-mail. As soon as the product is back in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. We advise you to take the trouble to leave your e-mail address, as the demand for our products is so high that a product may be sold out quickly and you don't want to miss the boat twice... How long it takes for a product to be back in stock is difficult for us to say as we work with mainly returned products.

    Our online store only accepts digital payments. We use Stripe as our payment service provider. Thanks to Stripe, we can offer the most popular and basic payment methods in almost every country.

    No, a container load is always delivered as a full container. We deliver all pallets at once to the specified delivery address. If you don't have your own storage capacity, we recommend using an external warehouse or logistics partner.

    Yes, that's possible. If you prefer, you can hire a carrier to collect the freight from us. In that case, we'll ensure clear loading agreements and the freight is ready for transport. Of course, we can also handle everything for you and arrange the transport for you. Quickly and efficiently.

    No, returning or canceling an FCL order is not possible. FCL orders are exclusively business orders and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal.

    Once an FCL order has been placed and confirmed, it is immediately scheduled within our logistics chain. Cancellation after the order is placed is not possible, as the pallets have been reserved and prepared specifically for this container load.

    To avoid misunderstandings, we carefully coordinate all details in advance. Only after approval is the order definitively scheduled.

    The average delivery time for an FTL order depends on the desired delivery address. We are located in the Netherlands, so the closer the delivery address is to the Netherlands, the faster the delivery can be made.

    In most cases, a full truckload can be delivered within approximately 3 to 7 business days.

    Deliveries are only made on business days (Monday through Friday); weekend deliveries are not possible.

    The exact delivery time is always agreed upon and confirmed in advance before the transport is definitively scheduled.

Therefore, we cannot offer a pre-selection. However, we can provide current sample photos and general specifications so you get a good idea of ​​what to expect.

  • 🧐 How many do you sell per month?

    Every month, we deliver an average of around 15 fully loaded trailers to our customers.
    This allows us to serve both a large group of regular customers and many new customers and beginners who are starting out with our pallets.

    One trailer can hold 32 pallets, which means that we deliver around 480 pallets per month.

  • ❓What type of goods do you sell?

    The goods we offer usually consist of returned products, overstock, remnants, canceled shipments, lost packages, and other items that are released from large European warehouses. Our selection changes constantly, but these are the product flows you will most often find on our pallets. Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact our customer service department.

  • πŸ•™ What is your delivery time?

    We usually deliver your order in the Netherlands and Belgium within 2 to 3 business days. Once you place an order, our system automatically keeps you informed of every step. If there are any changes to the schedule, you will be notified immediately. Delivery within the rest of Europe: on average 4 to 7 business days, depending on the country and the chosen carrier.

    Orders outside Europe: delivery times vary depending on the carrier and type of transport. We therefore recommend that you contact our customer service department in advance so that we can advise you on the best shipping option for your location.

  • πŸ’° How much can a pallet earn me?

    Our suppliers ensure an even distribution of the average retail value within each pallet. Indications of the retail values can always be found on the product page of the product in question. There you can see exactly what you can expect.

    Our goods are often sold through platforms such as Marktplaats, eBay, and Bol.com, but are also ideal for your own physical store or online shop. Of course, you always determine your own sales prices.

  • πŸ“¦ How will my order be delivered?

    All orders within Europe are delivered via our transport partner QuiCargo.
    Once your shipment has been picked up by us, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace link, which will be updated with the expected delivery information. This allows you to see exactly when you can expect your order.

    Our pallets travel via the international transport network. As a result, it is often the case that a regional transport company in your area ultimately carries out the delivery.

    Pickup is only possible by appointment and with a minimum purchase of one full trailer (33 pallets).
    Our warehouse and logistics process are fully equipped to process orders and hand over shipments to our transport partner. If we have to deviate from this, there is a greater chance of errors and it takes considerably more time. Furthermore, our warehouse is not equipped as a pickup location or physical store.

    To make things super easy for our US customers, we've decided to offer free shipping within the US.

  • 🚚 Where do you deliver?

    We deliver throughout Europe and beyond. Orders placed via our webshop can be shipped directly to virtually any address within Europe. If it is not possible to complete an order due to a specific location or institution, please feel free to contact our customer service department. In many cases, we can still arrange customized transport.

    Retail mix pallets contain only returned goods from popular online stores, often in their original packaging. Mix pallets are composed of various return flows from A and B brands and contain larger electronic devices. The contents are more varied and physically larger.
